How long does shipping take for online orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our Berkeley storefront.
What is your return policy on skate decks?
Decks can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original shrink-wrap and have not been gripped or assembled. Once a deck is gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional assembly for completes?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can request free assembly in the order notes and our shop staff will build it for you.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your gear directly from our Berkeley location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
How do I know what size skateboard deck I need?
Deck size is largely based on personal preference and shoe size. Generally, 8.0 to 8.25 is a versatile standard, while 8.5 and up offers more stability for transition and bowl skating.
