Returns & Exchanges

At 510 Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unmounted equipment. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition; decks must be in shrink wrap and shoes must not have been worn outside or for skating.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items into a shipping box and include your original packing slip, then ship the package using a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our shop staff inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
